In need of feedback on Pediatric transport equipment

We are starting a new pediatric transport service and I am looking for feedback on pediatric transport equipment. I am specifically interested in types of patient monitors, ventilators and stretcher systems that integrates all equipment in one package. Any help will be appreciated.

One of the best items of equipment that I used as a peds transport nurse was an infant pod. It looked a little like a torpedo and was used for infants under 5kg. They were strapped in to this 'torpedo' with sheets and a contact warmer (you know the packet with the disc that you 'crack' that keeps your butt warm in the winter!). It weighed next to nothing and could be secured onto an adult stretcher really easily. It certainly beat having to deal with a heavy incubator. I'm sure that all those people that have tried to get an incubator into a 'copter know what I mean.
