Angry need help, in constant pain

i am a RN who has been traveling for the last 1 1/2 years, but now my back is in so much pain that i physicialy can not move.

i had back surgury in 1-2005 fusion with 6 screws and 2 rods, at levels l4-5 s1. i have no feeling in my right foot or thigh.

i also have hernations at c4- c5, and t10-11-12 with disc fragments at t12.

what do i do. i am scared to death. nursing is that i know.

and right now i can not get into see the spine specialist until april 26, 2007.


please some one help me, i am at my wits end.

hi there. i am a nurse with the same back problems and pain issues you have. don't have a whole lot of time right now, but wanted to say you're not alone, and that if you want, i can talk to you more about how i manage via PM.

arre you still able to work? what type of nursing do you do? it hurts for me to stand or sit. lifting is almost impossible. i live in a small town, and there are not a lot of opotions for me. please respond
