Hi I was just wondering if a person does not pass their nclex can they retake it and if you can how long do you need to wait and is the nclex different for someone who went for a bachelors instead of a associates? Thanks
Hi there and welcome. The NCLEX is the same for ALL RN's regardless of their education preparation. As to what happens if you fail, that is very dependent on each state. Hopefully, you won't have to orry about it.
Here in WV a person could retest 2 times. It is usually advised to take a review course after the second failure. I have no idea what happens after the third failure but I do think you have to go back to school for further education.
