1 - Ask questions - because there is always something to learn.
2 - Don't act like you know it all - because nobody does.
3 - If you have the option of just watching, or doing without charting do it. Although charting will save your @#$ in a lawsuit, hands on experience, or observation first hand will help immensly. Let's face it, there are a lot of books out there on charting, and a lot of teachers that are supposed to be teaching you how to chart. First hand experience, is priceless.
