Lightbulb Retavse

Does anyone use Retavase as their thrombolytic medicine in the ER? If so what criteria's are set for this use. We are planning to change to this and are trying to set up a policy and procedure. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently using drug in national GUSTO study still....just following research protocols in ER at this point...
