Question new grad orientation???

Hello everyone!
I'm a nursing student that is graduating in May with my BSN. I was wondering if anybody might know of any hospitals that will hire me as a new grad into the ER, and provide a great orientation program. I was told by my instructor that there are some in Boston (which is where I'm from), but I am open to going just about anywhere. I would appreciate any info that you could provide me with. Thanks for your time.

Hi:
Just like you, I graduated las May from SSU in California and obtained my BSN.
Before graduating, I found a Hospital in Thousand Oaks, California offering a preceptor program for new grads in all areas of nursing. I was lucky enough to be offered a position in the ER in this Hospital. They gave me a 3 month orientation in the ER plus a hired bonus of 1,500.00 Dlls.
I started working there in July 5 and so far...I LOVE IT!!!
The name of this hospital is: Los Robles Regional Medical Center located in Thousand Oaks, Ca. This is a very high class area...lots of movie stars go to this hospital.
One thing I have to say is that it is very challenging for a new grad to work in this specialty. You have to be ready to face CHALLENGE and PRESSURE/STRESS!...but so far...I just love it. The staff here are just great!
If you have any questions, I will be glad to help you
Paty
