Midnight nurse VS Dayshift Nurse

Are we at war?

I would like to know if other nurses in the world experience problems with midnight nurses thinking they are a different breed and better nurses than the dayshift? I'm the type of person who is a team player and would like both shifts to get along and help each other , instead of bickering on who did this and then who didn't do that. Does this problem exist elsewhere?
