How much are ER nurses making. In Canada, 33/hour. In California as a traveler 36/hour in Palm Springs. Anyone else want to brag!

My roommate graduated last June and her base pay is $25/hr. However, she only works nights and weekend nights (12 hour shifts) and with the differentials it works out to about $36/hr.
I'm only making $16/hr right now cause I don't want to get my IP, start making "nurse money" and then get demoted if I don't pass my boards! I'm a chicken!
