Help me with my aspiring career

I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines, i would like to pursue my career as an ambulance nurse. I dont have any experiences as a full-time nurse but I once become ER staff nurse part-time. Can you help me what to do because I can't decide if I will work in the hospital as a staff nurse or I should attend the training offered by LSTI with 7 weeks theoretical and 250 hours practicum.

What should i do?

I'm kinda havong a hard time to decide?
