Red face Hello ER Nurses

My head is spinning because I need to write up a triage test for my ED staff and I hate to re-invent the wheel. Does anyone out there no where I can get a test I can distribute to my ED staff as a competency? I would be SO appreciative for the assistance. Don't forget the answers!!!

Re: Hello ER Nurses

COntact the Emergency Nurses Association - I would bet they have something. I know they have educational info about the five-tier system.

Re: Hello ER Nurses

Thanks for the info, but our ED doesn't use the 5 tier system yet and they don't have a skills assessment on triaging patients which is what I'm looking for. I have all the info on the 5 tier system. Unfortunately, the ENA doesn't have much to offer me, but thanks again for the feedback!!
