It is what is sounds like to me but the other hospital in the area of course, can do the same thing and they do. I didn't work in critical care for 5 years but I worked in urgent care. I think it isn't worth it to hire most people out of the loop becaue they don't know the equipment? I don't know. You still have to get an orientation with med test, IV course etc. I am just disappointed that it has to be $1200. I hope it's a good one if I try it. Some refresher courses are a joke. This hospital has a good reputation though so it would be worth it. If i am serious, i can apply for a job and they will reimburse me if I give them six months. So, i have a little time to think.
