Talking ER's or Urgent Care Clinics in Phoenix?

I have been a Registered Nurse in the ER for 6 years and have recently been working in an Urgent Care setting, I would love to get some feed back on ER's and clinics in the Phoenix area as I will be moving there in the next few months.

Thanks

Hey Bennie12,

I work at banner baywood ED. Only been there a month but the staff is cool. ED's in the Phoenix are crazy busy especially when winter hits. Our ED has around 35 beds. Non-emergent wait time is about 8 hours and at least 12 hours during the winter. ratios are about 4:1.

St. Joes is great- I love it there. We're opening up a brand new ER next month, going up to around 65 beds. We are crazy busy too, and being associated with Barrow Neurology we get a lot of complex neuro cases.
PM me if you need any info.

Am at Banner Desert. Ditto with being busy and the "snowbirds" haven't even hit town yet. So far liking it a lot. Wouldn't recommend Chandler Regional-chart flow,ER disorganized, not real traveler friendly
