Hi guys,

I am an ED nurse in the United Kingdom who has an ongoing application in a US hospital. I would like to have an idea about the American way of nursing in the Emergency Depatment. I would greatly appreciate if you could share any significant issues / matters concerning Emergency Nursing in the United States. Thanks.
