Can any one out there share some ER care plans with me? I've never seen one and need to institute them in our ER.

Hello Fellow Nurse,
You might want to go to www.nurse.com, click on links and you will go to a main topic page and see "care plans" listed. Click on the Care Plans and go from there.
Hope this helps you out...Good Luck....we all know the "horror" of creating care plans..
