Question Southwest WA Medical Center in Vancouver, WA

Hi all. I have been researching jobs in the PNW. One of the locations I have been looking at is Vancouver. I am interested in SW WA Med Ctr there. I am a new grad and will be taking the NCLEX in September.

How is the med center to work at? I am interested in ICU or another critical care area.

Any info on SW MED CTR would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've been at SWMC for 2 years and it's been good to me. There are lots of changes going on, transitioning to computer charting, expanding the facility, leadership changes, etc. They recently started a critical care internship program which sounds like an excellent place to start!
