I just passed the NCLEX today. I applied to Oregon BON because I don't have A CGFNS Certification which the WA BON requires to become eligible. I really wanted to apply to WA BON because I am living at Vancouver but it was impossible to get a CGFNS Exam, apparently no testing center here.

So then, I decided to Oregon BON which they only required me for CGFNS-CES which I already had. The bottom line is, can I apply immediately to WA BON for RN by Endorsement? or should I really need to work in Oregon and utilize my license there for certain months before I can apply to WA via endorsement?
