Hi,

Just wondering if any of you work at Good Sam in Puyallup or know anyone who does and how the working conditions are there. I know they are most likely going through many changes since they were bought by MultiCare.

Are the nurses happy there for the most part? Pros and cons?

Not certain if I want to take a position there if it is not a great place to work.

I worked at Good Sam last fall (sept - dec) they were just starting the change over to Multi care.
I worked in the SCU unit. I REALLY like that unit. The staff was great the Manager Kathleen was very supportive of her units.
I dont know how things are now that the Multi care change over has happened though. Puyallup is a nice town too.

Good Sam went through a bad time for the past 3-5 years but it is improving fast with Multi Care. Staffing was bad, really bad. Now things are improving.
