Im not sure what you would make with all of your experience but I know the pay here is VERY, VERY low compared to other states. New grad LPN's start at Sentara at 9 an hour and RN's start at 13. (so I'm told, I'm only a student) Almost everything here is owned by Sentara. Its a great place to live but the cost of living is extreemly high here. I hope some one will chime in and be able to answer you question better, and I hope that the pay rates that I was told were wrong, for both of our sakes!
