Behavioral Health Nursing in Virginia Beach

I am currently an oncology nurse in Pittsburgh but am interested in relocating to Virginia Beach I am also looking to make the switch to behavioral health. Any views or opinions on where the best place to work would be. I had interviewed at Sentara in november before taking the job in pitt and have regretted it since. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
