You can apply online, the website suggested by Eric, and also request the fingerprint packet forms. The fingerprint packet you fill it and send it.

You can call the Number. The international Dailing code for USA is 001.

Once you get the introduction message you can press 0 and usually get a live person whom are very helpful.

PI time to USA time is 13 hours earlier.

I call them on a regular basis when I have a question.

Re: Texas Nclex Application

From the Texas BON Website. I suggest this is one of the first things to do:

"An applicant educated outside the United States must provide the Board with an original Credential Evaluation Service (CES) Course-by Course report prior to being approved to take the NCLEX examination. The documentation must be sent directly from the approved CES organization. The Board accepts the CES from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS), the Educational Records Evaluation Service, Inc. (ERES) or the International Education Research Foundation, Inc. (IERF). You may access this service by going to one of the following websites: www.cgfns.org, www.eres.com or www.ierf.org.

I have decided to use CGFNS for my fiance CES. Price is 16,000 pesos or $378. I found CGFNS very easy to use and a good website to help you track your process.
