This is one of the hospital systems that is offering full RN scholarships to nursing students.

I was wondering if anyone happened to know what the work requirement post-graduation is. The website doesn't say, which was a little suprising.

Thanks!

Re: Mountain States Health Alliance

I can promise you that it will be a little ridiculous. I know that their 10,000 sign on bonus was for a work commitment of 4 years if that helps

Re: Mountain States Health Alliance

MSHA came to my school to recruit. It is a 3 year full-time commitment if they pay for all of your nursing school. I only have 2 semesters left, they said they judge those on a case-by-case basis.
You can put in to work in any facility they own and any department. They do not place you where they want to put you.

Also I work for MSHA already and I think it's a great place to work. My manager is flexible with my school schedule and will change the PCP/Nurse Tech schedules to accommodate all the students. I currently work on a Med/Surg floor and have already been asked to stay on when I graduate.
