staffing ratios

I was wondering if anyone knew te pt to staff ratio allowed by te state board if tere is one

I am not aware of any staffing ratios mandated by the SC BON.

I worked in SC a number of years ago, and DHEC had staffing ratios for the newborn nursery. I don't know if those still exist, but at that time, they didn't apply to any other clinical area.
