Red face UPenn CNM/NP dual degree

I'm currently working on my BSN right now in a different state, but when I'm done I would like to get my master's degree at UPenn because of their dual degree program in CNM and NP where after completion the student would qualify to sit for both exams, so i've been told.

Does anyone one know any information about this program at UPenn?
Is it true that if you graduate with a 3.0 gpa in BSN you would not have to take the entrance exame to get into the program? Any good or bad experiences while in the program? Which hospitals are the clinicals held in? is HUP one of the clinical sites?

Any information from student, graduate, or anyone who knows something about the CNM, NP program or UPenn in general would be helpful.--thanks
