Need help in searching for 1st job

Could anyone suggest a few places for a graduate nurse?
(graduate June 2007.
I am looking for a Hospital/Agency that will pay off my loan either tuition forgiveness or sign on bonus.
I would like to work in Oncology but, I will probably work Med/surg for a few years.
