LCT job prospect for GN in Philly area

I'm due to graduate from nursing school in May 07 and I thinking about working in Philly. Other than my FT job as a RN in a hospital, I also want to work PT RN perhaps in LTC. I'm doing this to primarily payoff my undergrad and nursing school student loans as fast as possible. Can anyone shed any lights on the job prospect for a RN in LTC in the Philly area and the payscale?? Any comments and/or info would be appriciated.
