Any info on CHOP

Hey everyone! I'm sure there's always tons of questions about Children's Hospital of Philly, so I apologize if everything is a repeat. I've been a peds nurse for around 2 years on a surgical short stay floor in Ohio and I'm looking into relocating to CHOP. Besides the negative things I've heard about the pay rates, I was looking for any info from people that currently work there as RNs...is it really as great as we all think it is lol What are some of the downfalls, because all great hospitals have them. Also, what floors do you work on and do you like them? Coming from a surgical floor, I'm very interested in the Surgical/Trauma floor. Any info is appreciated!!!
