Support topics during war

Dear all,
I am living in lebanon and we are currently in a war situation. we are planning in our hospital to have focus group supporting nurses since many of them were displaced from their homes, others have lost members in their families. I need your help in providing me with topics as well as references that can be addressed in these focus groups to the nurses.
thank you for your help.
Roro.
