I currently doing a research a position paper on the Nursing Faculty shortage and salaries. I am currently looking for the Pros and Cons on this position. And I thought who better to ask than those who are Nursing Faculty. I respect you all and all that you do.

I wish they would increase your salaries. Does anyone know of any possible links of journals that could be great references as well. I am very interested in learning more about the pros and cons than the ones I have formulated. Thanks

have you looked at the workplace advocacy sites for your BON or ANA? According to ANA, Pres. Bush has opposed a $30 million bill that would benefit nursing education. What impact would that have?
