I am helping a couple of my friends on their research on two separate topics.. One is on coping mechanisms of students in facing the demands of academics and clinicals, which is relatively easier to research on, than the other which is about the factors that may either hinder or enhance the performance of MALE student nurses in ACTUAL delivery.. i get a hard time looking for journals or any research material that talks about male OB nurses.. so if any of you who has an idea where I can find them, i would be very glad to check it out soon as i can..

When I took a course in nursing service management alot of the management textbooks went over sociological trends like the ones you're asking about. I can't remember the names of the books but a syllabus from some nursing management courses at your school or found online should point you in the right direction. Also your hospital or medical library should have a librarian that can help you.
