pediatrics anyone?

Small school, but with rapid growth. Trying to locate a pediatric nurse, BSN that wants to teach too. the program is dynamic with an excellent director. I was teaching the whole MCH program last term but is growing so fast can't keep up, looking for a help. Anyone know where I can go to inquire? BTW in central florida...who could ask for more?
I love teaching, was so scared but the best job I have ever had.
