Post Online LPN-BSN development

Hi,

I have been asked to develop a LPN to BSN online program. Any developer interesting in sharing some tips. One concern I have is the arrangement of the clinical component. I have been contemplating on talking with a local hosptial about partnering with our institution. What do you think?
Thanks for you insight.

This sort of curriculum is very rare or in development phase in many institutions. One suggestion: contact your state BON and ask for a list of nursing schools in your state which already have the LPN-BSN curriculum. Perhaps the state BON will already have a list of competencies for such a program. Once you find a school with such a program already implemented, then you should be able to ask them for an example of their competencies, course plan, etc, and how they handle the clinical component. Please keep us posted on what you find
