Hi,

I have been asked to develop a LPN to BSN online program. Any developer interesting in sharing some tips. One concern I have is the arrangement of the clinical component. I have been contemplating on talking with a local hosptial about partnering with our institution. What do you think?

This sort of curriculum is very rare or in development phase in many institutions. One suggestion: contact your state BON and ask for a list of nursing schools in your state which already have the LPN-BSN curriculum. Perhaps the state BON will already have a list of competencies for such a program. Once you find a school with such a program already implemented, then you should be able to ask them for an example of their competencies, course plan, etc, and how they handle the clinical component.
