Nurse Educator Grad Student Needs Your Assistance!

Hello!
I am currently in a Master of Science in Nursing Education program and working on my research project. My specialty area is in psychiatric mental health nursing. I am looking for core competency resources for psych. mental health nursing. The literature so far states that there are limited competencies in specialty areas. If you know of any books, journal articles, etc. I would be so grateful!!!
Thank You!! I can't wait to be teaching full time....

Re: Nurse Educator Grad Student Needs Your Assistance!

have no idea how to direct you, except to say that you might call local psych facilities to see if the DON or someone could be of assistance. I would ask for their Educator. The state health dept probably has a list of facilities in your part of the country. GOOD LUCK. I remember those days with --- well, not with fondness.
