New Administrator of LPN Program Seeks Advice

I am new to nursing education and recently became the administrator of a LPN program. I will be both classroom and clinical instructor and am very excited but nervous. My MSN course was in nursing education and feel I know the basics but would appreciate and ideas or help to be successful in this new venture. Thanks
