Justify MSN for reimbursment program

I am starting my Masters in Nursing Education this spring. My question to the group is..... They offer an 80% reimbursment program where I work. One of the quesitons on the form asks basically how getting this will benifit the hospital? Any suggestions? I have a few down but wanted to see what the group has to say.
