How does one become a patient nurse educator?

What is the best way to become a patient nurse educator? Is there a graduate program in this?

I am not sure what you are asking. Do you wish to develop programs or courses to teach patients? Or actually teach patient specific topics to patients who need them? Generally, one can teach or educate patients with as little as a BSN. A nurse who really wishes to develop programs and teach other nurses and patients, is best served by obtaining a MSN in nursing education.
