Fire in the OR scenarios

Does anyone have any written Fire In the OR practice scenarios that they would be willing to share. We are going to have a practice next month, and would sure appreciate any help.

I don't, but have you googled for this topic? There was an incident I read in the paper where a lady was burned badly when the O2 tubing got tangled up with a cautery.
