Education Project

I am currently in an MSN program in Adult Health with a minor in Nursing Ed. One of our projects for the summer is to actually prepare and teach a topic for an hour long class of our choice. What I was wondering is if anyone had any suggestions for a strategy and or theory that works well with continuing education, such as in the hospital. My idea is to revisit staging wounds and prevention of wounds. IS this too broad or narrow? Any suggestions, or resoucres or use? Thanks.
