Smile clinical education

Hello,

I am interested in going into to clinical education. What would be the best step for me to take to persue this. I am currently a BSN RN who works in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Any answers would be great?

Thanks,

Michelle

Hello, obnurse,

Have you tried the local nursing programs and/or community colleges? See if there is a need for a clinical instructor?

In my area (Eastern NC), pediatric nurse educators are in great demand. Again, check with your local university. We certainly can use your expertise
