Hello-

We have a BSN program that starts in the first semester of the junior year (after completing pre-reqs & gen eds in the first 2 years). I was wondering for those of you who teach in similar programs, what types of clinical experiences do your students have in that first semester, and how do you ease them in, so that by the second semester they are comfortable with basic patient interaction and can take on more complex tasks?
