I am just curious what the top wage is for seasoned RN's in a large teaching hospital in Ohio. I am in MICU and make $28 + 1.25/afternoon or 1.75/nights. Do you get a diff. for ICU? CCRN?
In the Health Alliance.. the top pay is 33.80ish.. but there is NO extra pay for any type of icu/ccu training.. sorry. But our diff is 4.00 to work 3-11p, or 7p-7a, or 11p-7a.
