Oh the wicked webs we weive

Has anyone heard about this? There was an aide at one of the hospitals in the Cleveland area who was volunteered to go to work for a doctors office. It seems that all of the shady things she was doing caught up to her and it was said that she was given a choice to go to work at the doctors office or be fired from the hospital for sleeping with a married doctor. She still works there part-time or PRN so she could keep her health benefits for her child. Has anyone heard about this. Can a hospital really give you the choice of working at one of their doctors offices or be fired?
