Dayton Area/Stna schools/Financial Aid

Hello Does anyone know of any schools in the Dayton area for STNA? Also any places that help with financial cost of program? Has ANYONE heard of what is called "Grandfather Clause?" I have searched and been re directed to so many different sites that my head spins.. . I Even looked under the Ohio Revised Codes & Administrative Codes but cant seem to find anything pertaining to Home Health Care & my situation..Thanks...
