Pediatrics

I'm relocating to NC after I graduate this December and would love some advice. I'm very interested in working in peds but not too familiar with all the hospitals. What hospital has the biggest pediatric service? I have been thinking Duke might be the way to go. Anyone work with kids and love their job? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!
