Need some advice on school

I'll try to make this short.
I'm a 36 year old single parent of a soon to be freshman in college. I have a mortgage and the monthly bills we all have. I have decided that instead of having a job I want a career and am going to nursing school. I am passionate about this and will make it happen whatever I have to do other than sacrificing my house and my son's college (he is getting a lot of aid).
I'm taking pre-requisites now online and at the local community college. I will have all of them complete next fall.
I work mon-fri 8-4:30pm, it's a great job that has benefits I can't replace immediately (vehicle, insurance, etc...) My boss will work with me but we are only open those hours so evenings aren't an option. I have a part time job I will have to leave and am fine with that.
I want some input from others on what would they do in my situation. There is a waiting list for nursing, I can't find a college that will let me do all evening classes, all the general education classes will be complete whenever I'm able to get into the nursing program. I don't know anything about clinical times etc...
I'd appreciate some suggests, opinions, experiences, advice, whatever I can get. I'm not getting much help at the schools on what is available or not.
Thanks
