What is the general salaries for RNs in the Charlotte area?

Forsyth Medical Center and Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem start new RNS at $20.45 an hour and it is rumoured that is going to $21.15 in the next month or so. Those facilities usually give a COL raise in July or August. From what I have heard from fellow students who have accepted jobs in Charlotte, hospitals in that area are about the same.
