Question Looking For A Cna Position In Nyc

HELLO GOOD DAY I JUST GOT MY CNA CERTIFICATE AND I AM LOOKING FOR A NURSING ASSISTANT POSITION , I AM YET TO TAKE THE STATE BOARD EXAM, I AM WONDERING IF ANY ONE KNOW OF ANY INSTITUTION THAT HIRES PEOPLE WITH OUT THEIR LICENSE I WANT TO GET SOME HAND DOWN EXPERIENCE BEFORE I TRY THE STATE BOARD EVEN IF I HAVE TO VOLUNTEER I DO NOT MIND...

aNY ADVICES ?????
