Re: South Jersey Salary Rate

Well I work in Central Jersey (Mercer County) - and as a new grad I'm making $25 an hour. I work nights, so I get shift diff thus I'm really making $29 an hour and get free benefits. Having friends that work in several surrounding hospitals in Mercer and Burlington county - the average for a new grad is $23-26 an hour. As for the rates for experienced nurses, I'm at a loss for that.

Re: South Jersey Salary Rate

I went to Ocean County College, and hospitals here pay new grads 24hr. I desided to go north over the bridge I am getting 29. and with my shift diff 31.50 hr going up to 32. in a few wks. I'm a new grad and in a bridge program at trinitas.
