I am a new grad, and need some advice on getting an interview. I took my instructors advice and waited to apply for a job until after my boards (July 25). I have filled out applications and sent my resume to Virtua, Kessler, and Shore Memorial. Kennedy is not accepting new grad applications at this time. It has been over two weeks and still have not gotten a call back. I have done follow up calls and been told that I will hear from someone if I fit the job description. I am going crazy! I need a job. I thought there was a huge shortage, i don't understand? Does any South Jersey Nurses have any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.

Re: South Jersey Jobs

Are you willing to cross the river? You might have better luck at one of the big Philadelphia systems, like Penn or Jefferson. Also, have you tried Cooper Hospital?
