don't know if u had the interview yet but my mom works there.
She is an LPN at the Genesis located in West Orange. What would u like to know? I can definately ask her.

HI hocolatekisses: Thank you for your time, but I'm no longer interested in this company. Actually , I had a bad experience. I drove for 40 minute towards my interview, wich I've got because the DON called me to my house. When Igot there there was this lady at the front desk telling me I should fill out all theses papers so they could probably give me an interview. I explained to her that the DON was expecting me to come because I already had an scheduled interview. "Yes, yes, I know, just fill out the papers and we'll see afterwards, maybe the DON is available"was her answer. "where did you apply?" Oh, yes internet, yes it must've been our recruiter, yes, ji, ji, ji, just fill out the papers" So I started and saw some of them were unecessary since stated clearly that it was for employees. So I filled out the rest. Gave the papers to the lady, and she called a secretary. Thas lady saw the papers and told me " Sweetie, I definitely need you to fiil out all the papers in order to give you an interview" I explained once more that I alredy had a scheduled interview........ Oh , yes , but without this papers I can't give you the interview, insisted. So then I told her, listen, I came here in order to know about this position if I;m interested and the facility is interested in hiring me I'll fill out the papers, but I'm already 40 minutes late because of you. So let me in and have my interview. Seh said Sorry, but if you don't fill them out I can't give you the interview (again ) Is fair to say that tjhe papers were asking me SS#, along with other personal data, and i was asked to sign a paper in order for the company to have some deduction from federal taxes, and an information release authorization for the company towards myself. I didn't think this was appropriate, so I said no. So the lady said ' Well then you need to leave" OK I'll leave,I said. "but I can't allow to leave with those papers", she said. OK but those papers have my personal information, and I don't want you to have it. So she insisted again , so i said I'm going to have top destroy them before I leave. And so I did.
I was never treated like that, I've had a lot of interviews and nobody did that to me ever. So, like I said I'm no longer interested in this company. If that's the way they treat propective employees, I can't imagine how they treat residents an employees. Thank you anyway
