Re: New Grad Orientation at Concord Hospital

Will you be working in Maternity or Pediatrics? Each orientation is different. Hospital orientation is about a week, then floor orientation for pediatrics is usually about 6 weeks with a preceptor on days, then another 6 weeks with a preceptor on night shift, it alldepends on your experience, etc. I have been on peds here since September. Let me know if I can answer any other questions! Susan

Re: New Grad Orientation at Concord Hospital

I'm also interested in Concord Hospital, but somewhere like ER, Critical Care, etc. Do you know anything about those programs? How selective are they overall? Can you tell me anything about the pay scale, etc?

Thanks so much!
